Our Trade Persons are qualified and competent tradespersons Carpenters/ Plumbing & Heating Engineers / Electricians / Tiller’s Plasterers/ Painting & Decorators and Roofers.

Quality materials are used throughout your project. We source our materials from local building companies. As premium account customers we are provided with quality materials.

All staircases are bespoke and designed for your loft conversion.

On completion of work all waste building materials will be discarded and snagging list will be completed.

Project Time Scale

We will provide you with a scope of works at the beginning of your project. Once each completed stage of the scope of works is finished a payment for works will be required.

We do not take a deposit from our customers. “Why pay for work that’s not completed?

Planning Permission

“Should you need this we can take care of this for you”

If your property is in a conservation area or the property has an existing extension already our Architect will design and draw up plans that suit your needs and submit them to your Local Planning Department. The Planning Department can take up to 8 to reach a decision.

Permitted Development

The good news is that a loft conversion or loft extension is classed as “ Permitted Development” this means that in most cases you will NOT be permitted to submit and application for planning permission, providing the conversion is within the criteria outlined. .40 cubic meters for terraced houses. 50 Cubic meters for detached and semi-detached houses.

Lawful development

Application to your Local Authority – a fee will be applied and upon receipt the will send you a certificate. This is not compulsory but can help at a later stage when selling your property.

Party Wall

An agreement is needed for work to be carried out on a wall that is shared with your neighbor. A party wall notice can be agreed and signed by both parties without the use of a surveyor, however should one party choice to use a surveyor this will encore a fee.

Building Regulations

This is carried out by a Building Inspector, our work is checked in stages to ensure current building regulations are met.
